Thank you for your interest in a grant of approximately $2 million in electronic health record software from the Center for Community Health Leadership, sponsored by Misys Healthcare Systems.  The Center was pleased to invite professionals from physicians’ practices, health information exchange organizations, hospitals and home health agencies interested in sharing clinical data for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes to submit proposals on behalf of their community.  However, at this point the application has been closed to additional interested parties, and we are now beginning the process of selecting the next community to receive a grant from the Center.
