The application process for the Center for Community Health Leadership closed
December 31, 2006. Those communities that applied will be contacted by the
Center for Community Health Leadership no later than February 28, 2007
regarding next steps. The Center will evaluate reopening the application
process for additional communities in the spring of 2007; please visit this
site again in April if you are still interested in applying.
